Tēla Sourcing Signs a Definitive Agreement to Provide Claims Processing for One of the Largest PPO

BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing today announced that it has singed a definitive agreement to provide offshore claims processing services for a large PPO based in Arizona.

The transition of services offshore will begin by January 1 and ramp-up will take place in 3-6 months. The services to be provided include claims front end processing, repricing, and expansion into provider management and network management support.
