Tēla Sourcing to Provide Offshore Claims Processing for One of the Largest US Healthcare BPO service Providers

Tēla will provide complete claims processing including front end, adjudication and other related services for existing 250,000 members and will be the exclusive offshore service provider for all new business using Client products. The Client’s product is currently used by more than 60 health plans and 220 TPA’s processing claims and providing administration for more than 60million members in the US. The transition of services offshore will be gradual and under a well-crafted transition plan that has been developed by Tēla to transfer work offshore with minimal risk to existing operations.
