Tēla Sourcing to Process Medical Claims for one of the largest health care
TPA in New Jersey

announced that it has been selected by one of the largest healthcare BPO
companies in New Jersey to provide offshore claim processing services. The TPA
currently manages more than 100,000 lives on behalf of various self-insured
clients and and provides complete administration using RIMS platform.
Tēla will provide claims processing support including Front end
Processing, claims adjudication, enrollment, billing, and customer service
support to the TPA from its operations center in Pune, India. The transition of
services offshore will be gradual and under a well-crafted transition plan that
has been developed by Tēla to transfer work offshore with minimal risk to
existing operations.
