Tēla Sourcing to Process Medical Claims for Adaptis, one of the largest health care BPO companies in the USA
BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing today announced that it has been selected by Adaptis, one of the largest healthcare BPO companies in the USA to provide offshore claim processing services. Adaptis currently manages more than 200,000 lives on behalf of Community Health Plan of Washington, and provides complete administration using its platform Adaptis-Connect.
Tēla will provide claims processing support including Front end Processing, claims adjudication, enrollment, billing, and customer service support to Adaptis from its operations center in Pune, India. As part of the agreement, Adaptis will also transfer significant domain-knowledge in the ehlathcare processing arena to the Tēla India staff and will enable it to move up the value chain in a relatively short span of time. Beginning with 1 million claims, Tēla is aggressively looking to grow in this area by providing high quality service.
