Tēla Sourcing inaugurates its new offshore facility in Pune, India
BALTIMORE and
Pune — Tēla Sourcing today
announced that it has inaugurated its new 300 seat operations center in its
offshore location at Pune, India. The new facility, located in the heart of
Pune, is a state-of-the-art facility with completely airconditioned premises,
high-tech equipment, latest computers, servers and communication capabilities.
The management team of Tēla India and the staff were excited to move from
Tēla’s existing facilties in Hinjewadi to the center of Pune’s
commercial district and appreciated several new amenities that Tēla
provides at its new facilities.
With the addition of the new facility, Tēla now has the capacity to scale
up to 900+ employees at its offshore location at a very short notice. The new
facility also complements Tēla’s onshore locations in Washington
through its joint venture partner which can accommodate 200+ employees.
Tēla is positioned for an aggressive growth path and the new operations
center will aid it tremendously in providing the highest quality of service to
its clients. The new center is also designed to provide the highest level of
privacy and security that HIPAA requires and most clients insist contractually.
