Tēla Sourcing to Process FSA Claims for one of the largest FSA TPA in Northeast USA

BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing today announced that it has been selected by one of the largest FSA administrator to process FSA claims from its offshore location. After a thorough due-diligence, the TPA short-listed 3 companies in India. After a site visit and a detailed due-diligence on management, expertise and facilities, Tēla was selected as the exclusive service provider.

Tēla will be processing FSA claims from its state-of-the-art processing center in Pune, India. The expected volume in the first year is nearly 1 million claims and a significant ramp-up is expected in the next few years as the FSA/HSA (consumer driven healthcare offerings) market takes .
