BALTIMORE and Pune —Tēla Sourcing announced today that it has signed a definitive 3 year outsourcing agreement with a leading health insurance company in California. The outsourced services include all front end processing, image storage and related functions. The HMO plans to strategically look at its operations and outsource all non-core functions. The use of Tēla’s offshore resources was a strategic decision by the Client to improve its quality and turn-around time and better focus on its core operations.
