Tēla Sourcing Signs an Outsourcing Contract With a Care Management Organization in California
BALTIMORE and Pune —Tēla Sourcing announced today that it has signed a definitive outsourcing agreement with a leading care management organization in California. The outsourced services include hospital bill processing and will scale up over next several months. The use of Tela’s offshore resources was a strategic decision by the Client to improve its quality and turn-around time.
