BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing announced today that it has signed a definitive long term contract (3 years) with a leading TPA in Florida. The client evaluated several vendors and found Tela to be the most efficient and cost-effective solution provider. The client was particularly impressed with Tela’s delivery capabilities and its onshore account management that greatly simplified the outsourced process and reduced the migration risk to near zero. The outsourced services include front end processing, adjudication, COB processing and enrollment.
