Tēla Sourcing Signs A Long Term Contract with a Large Travel Insurance
Company
BALTIMORE and Pune —Tēla Sourcing
announced today that it has signed a definitive long term contract (3 years)
with a leading travel insurance company to provide claims processing services.
The client was suitably impressed with Tela’s delivery capabilities and
higher services standards to select Tēla over several other competing
onshore and offshore companies. The service, after a successful completion of
pilot program, went live in March and will continue to ramp up over the next
few months. The use of offshore resources was a strategic decision by the
company to bring its costs under control, improve its quality and turn-around
time and make it more competitive in the marketplace.
