Tēla Sourcing Signs Strategic Business Relationship with a Start-up Affiliated to a Leading Healthcare Solutions Provider to the TPA Industry.

BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing announced today that it has signed a business partnership agreement with a start-up that seeks to provide cost-effective and efficient offshore outsourcing solutions in partnership with a leading TPA solution provider: the solution provider's family of products supports multiple lines of business within a single information system: Health, Indemnity, TPA, PPO, HMO, PHO, IPA, MSO, Group Administration, COBRA, Section 125-integrated flex benefits and workers' compensation with integrated managed care for 24 hour coverage. The partnership will focus on providing expert solutions on all key components of client business:

•  Managed care administration

•  Workers' Compensation Administration

•  Policy/Benefit Administration with support for eligibility, billing, collections and commissions

The business partnership agreement plans for (1) offering a very cost-effective and efficient offshore claims processing service to clients and (2) provides for offering a trained and certified resource located offshore that can seamlessly provide claims processing solutions using remote access tools that will tremendously help clients in lowering their cost of operations and improving the bottom line.
