Tēla Sourcing Signs Contract with a Large Health Plan Affiliated with One of the Largest Hospitals in the US to Provide Claims Processing Services .

BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing announced today that it has signed a definitive long-term contract with a health plan affiliated with one of the largest and most prestigious hospitals in the country to provide claims processing services. The client was suitably impressed with Tēla's delivery capabilities and higher service standards to select Tēla over several other competing onshore and offshore companies. The client currently processes several thousand claims per day and expects to reduce its processing costs significantly through the efficient and cost-effective services of Tēla. The process is expected to go live in August. The use of offshore resources was a strategic decision by the Plan to bring its costs under control, improve its quality and turn-around time and make it more competitive in the marketplace.
