Claims Processing Service Provider in Maryland.

claims processing company headquartered in Maryland, USA to provide claims
processing services using offshore resources. The client after comprehensive
due-diligence of international vendors selected Tēla as a partner due to
its in-depth domain knowledge of US healthcare market, focus on healthcare,
excellent references, satisfied clients and significantly superior delivery
services. The client currently manages more than 3.5million claims per year and
expects to reduce its processing costs significantly through the efficient and
cost-effective services of Tēla. After a thorough and detailed
migration-transition process, the client has already started seeing significant
improvements in its process. The use of offshore resources was a strategic
decision by the TPA to bring its costs under control and make it more
competitive in the marketplace.
