Tēla Sourcing Signs a Contract to Provide Claims Processing for a 3m member Health Plan

BALTIMORE and Pune — Tēla Sourcing today announced that it has singed a definitive agreement to provide offshore claims processing services for a large Healthcare Management Company with nearly 3m members based in Connecticut.

The transition of services offshore will begin by January 3 and ramp-up will take place in 3-6 months. The services to be provided include claims front end processing, provider management, repricing, and network management support.
