Will be responsible for managing team performance and operations
with sound knowledge of US Health care domain. |

Continuously exceed SLA’s & client satisfaction |

Excellent client management skills |
| |
•
Experience of transition, migrations and process maturation |
| |
•
Sound trouble shooting skills |
| |
•
Proactively identify and resolve issues that hamper process
performance. De-risk the process. |
| |
•
Manage employee discipline, performance and expectations. |
| |
•
Deliver process efficiency & revenue targets. |
| |
•
High level of professionalism in the work delivered and overall
conduct. |
| |
•
Reduce sub optimal measures; deliver optimally and efficiently,
both within the organization and to clients. |

Maintain pro-action, timeliness, promptness, focus, quality
and accuracy of self and the team in all matters of organizational
functioning. |

Specifications: |

Qualification – Graduates/post graduates from any stream.
MBAs with specialization in operations will be preferred. |

Experience: 8-14yrs |
| |
•
Experience of successfully managing operations and quality in
US Healthcare processes will be strongly preferred. |
