companies and managing a network of more than 1,000 hospitals
in India. Brij possesses strong experience in offshore business
development and management. Brij received his MBA in Finance
and Strategy from Yale University in 1995 and has an undergraduate
engineering degree from College of Engineering, Pune, India. |

Tilak
directs Tela’s offshore operations in Pune, India. Tilak
has vast experience in starting up and leading complex outsourcing
projects in diverse domain areas. In his previous assignments
with MDIndia Healthcare, a company he co-founded and set up
– he was instrumental in building an outstanding team
to run its successful operations in India. Prior to MDIndia,
he was Co-Founder and COO of Evincere Software Solutions,
a venture-backed business he founded to provide marketing
information systems to healthcare organizations in Indian
and European markets. He was also responsible for domestic
as well as overseas sales, marketing, strategic development
and operations during his tenure with Evincere. He leverages
his business process, strategy, and technology experience
to cater to Tela clients. Tilak has more than 7 years experience
in the healthcare industry and holds a bachelor’s degree
in Science from the University of Pune, India. |

Bob
directs Tela’s US-based operations centers and leads
the sales, marketing and account management functions. As
the former President and CFO of HealthASPex, Bob was instrumental
in Tela’s successful acquisition of that company in
November, 2007. He has a degree in Accounting and possesses
over 20 years experience in operational management, P &
L oversight, sales, marketing, and strategic direction. Prior
to joining HealthASPex in 2002, Bob was a partner with Gallagher
Marine Systems, Inc., an international shipping services company
that specialized in environmental compliance for shipowners
carrying crude oil. Through organic growth and strategic acquisition,
Gallagher came to represent over 54% of the world shipping
fleet. |

the Chairman of the Tela Board of Directors, Jim Anderson
brings 40-plus years of leadership and management experience.
His expertise in outsourcing began with Computer Sciences
Corporation, where he set up their outsourcing division. Early
in his tenure at Univac (now Unisys), he led several key projects
involving pioneering computer systems for the financial industry,
aerospace industries, and the military. As CIO, and then as
group senior vice president of California Federal Savings
and Loan, Jim developed a state-of-the-art information system
that increased high-volume transaction efficiency. As chairman
of the board, CEO and president of Pacific First Bank (now
part of Washington Mutual), he successfully turned the institution
around from $40 million in annual losses into a thriving financial
institution with $40 million in profits. In addition to serving
on the boards of Corporate Council for the Arts, MultiCare
Health System, a medical malpractice insurance company, and
Whitman College, Jim is currently vice chairman of the Board
of Trustees, chairman of the IT Committee, chairman of the
Finance Committee, chairman of the Compensation Committee,
and chairman of the captive insurance company at Northwest
Hospital and Medical Center. He also serves on the Washington
State Hospital Association’s Board of Trustees and the
Hospital Governing Boards Committee. |

Carlos
Olivares is the Chairman of the Adaptis Board and Executive
Director of the Yakima Valley Workers Clinic. Carlos is originally
from Bolivia and has been with the Farm Workers Clinic since
1986. When he joined the clinic it was a loosely organized
one-state, five-clinic network. Today it is a managed care
organization with 22 clinic and program sites covering Washington
and Oregon. He currently serves on several other committees
and boards, and is also chairman of the National Association
of Community Health Centers’ Farmworker Health Committee
and member of the Oregon Primary Care Association and the
Community Health Plan of Washington. In 2003, he was honored
to be the recipient of the Washington Health Foundation’s
Heroes of Healthcare Award for Leadership. |

Hardman’s practice specializes in manufacturing and
technology merger transactions at Alexander Hutton Inc., a
leading investment banking and venture capital firm. His experience
includes establishing the international division of a financial
consulting firm, where as vice president and manager he consulted
banks and businesses across the United States and in 28 countries
on questions pertaining to finance, valuation, and management.
In March 1998, he was appointed by Governor Gary Locke to
serve as the chair of the state of Washington’s Economic
Development Finance Authority. Active in public affairs, Scott
was a 1994 candidate for the United States Senate. |

more than 25 years of experience in healthcare systems. Terri

Terri has held senior positions with various organizations
including Vice President, Healthcare Global Industry Group
at EDS and Vice President, Client Services at Healthchex.

Mort
Latta has managed technology and finance operations for more
than 35 years, using his network and software expertise to
streamline business functions. In his role as an owner and
COO for the technical services firm, Diana Software, he implementing
software applications and networks to reduce costs and consolidate
administrative functions for several national and international
clients. While an account manager with System House Limited,
he managed a $70 million contract of complete outsourcing
for a national savings and loan and a $140 million contract
of IT and services outsourcing for Candece Design Systems.
As CIO for the Pacific Stock Exchange, Mort designed and implemented
a trading application software system that reduced manual
labor required for a stock trade by 90 percent. Prior to that,
he spent 13 years as a technology executive for financial
organizations, upgrading and implementing advanced infrastructure
and software applications and reengineering information systems
to reduce administrative costs. |
