Group Leader - Operation

Interested candidates should meet the following Criteria

 

1. Oversee the Operations, Training and implementation of quality related initiatives in daily operations, and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall business objectives
 

2. Demonstrated abilities in Quality management, Six Sigma, Production Engineering, Process Re-engineering, Design and Floor Operations.
 

3. Establish and implement the basic quality and continuous improvement framework for the Center based on Six Sigma through internal controls.
 

4. Good understanding of Operations Manager Balance Score Card goal & objectives and responsible for achieving them in daily operations.
  5. Good working experience of Costing, Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting and Business Continuity planning.
  6. Provide direction and guidance to tactical/strategic process improvements.
 

7. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across center operations.
  8. Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality and Turnaround Time.
9 Define Metrics and measures for the various process.
  10. Excellent working knowledge of Query, reporting, MIS, metrics of the process..
  11. Establish Monthly reporting for all metrics from Centralized reporting Team.
 

12. Regularly review the offshore service performance through daily/weekly client interactions.
  13. Good command over team members on production and achieving SLA Guarantee levels.
  14. Developing team to efficiently execute business operations, Planning  & managing operations cater to targeted growth
  15. Working on the training need analysis for the improvement of the process.
 

16. Provide necessary training on quality & continuous improvement areas.
 

17. Education – Any, Graduate (Preferably Science Graduates will be preferred).
 

18. Candidate should be between the age of 22-35 Years.
 

19. Should have a valid Pass port (preferable).
  20. Candidate should have good aptitude skills.
 

21. Good Communication skills.
  22. Logical and analytical skills
 

23. Excellent Computer skills.
 

24. Internet navigation skills.
 

25. Ready to work in any shift. (Including night shift).
