Configuration Analyst / Implementation Analyst |

Interested candidates
should meet the following Criteria |
|
|
1. Education – Any, Bachelors degree. |
| |
2. 2+ years experience in health care with an emphasis in claims processing and managed care preferred. |
| |
3. Experience in Business Rules Configuration, QNXT, Facets will be preferred. |
| |
4. Define and perform configuration in production on benefit changes, fee schedule revisions and code set updates accordingly. |
| |
5. Detailed knowledge on Plan Building and Plan Loading. |
| |
6. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess and/or recommend resolutions to system, data or process issues. |
| |
7. Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery. |
| |
8. Tests all configuration changes. |
| |
9. Configures, tests and documents configuration solutions. |
| |
10. Adheres to departmental and corporate policies and procedures. |
| |
11. Attends improvement training programs when available and offered. |
| |
12. Compliance with the policies and statutory audits (HIPPA, ISO etc.) requirements. |
| |
13. Identify claims for adjustments and monitor through completion. |
| |
14. Other duties as assigned. |
| |
15.
Understanding of QNXT and Healthcare domain thoroughly. |
| |
16.
Excellent communication skills; ability to convey detailed information to a various business and technical audiences at all levels within an organization. |
| |
17.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. |
| |
18.
Be enthusiastic and committed to the team’s purpose; like taking active responsibility in achieving the team’s mission and goals. |
| |
19. Strong knowledge / experience of database management and querying. |
| |
20. Accurate and detail oriented. |
