Configuration Analyst / Implementation Analyst

Interested candidates should meet the following Criteria

 

1. Education – Any, Bachelors degree.
 

2. 2+ years experience in health care with an emphasis in claims processing and managed care preferred.
  3. Experience in Business Rules Configuration, QNXT, Facets will be preferred.
 

4. Define and perform configuration in production on benefit changes, fee schedule revisions and code set updates accordingly.
  5. Detailed knowledge on Plan Building and Plan Loading.
  6. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to assess and/or recommend resolutions to system, data or process issues.
  7. Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery.
  8. Tests all configuration changes.
  9. Configures, tests and documents configuration solutions.
  10. Adheres to departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
  11. Attends improvement training programs when available and offered.
  12. Compliance with the policies and statutory audits (HIPPA, ISO etc.) requirements.
  13. Identify claims for adjustments and monitor through completion.
  14. Other duties as assigned.
  15. Understanding of QNXT and Healthcare domain thoroughly.
  16. Excellent communication skills; ability to convey detailed information to a various business and technical audiences at all levels within an organization.
  17. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  18. Be enthusiastic and committed to the team’s purpose; like taking active responsibility in achieving the team’s mission and goals.
  19. Strong knowledge / experience of database management and querying.
  20. Accurate and detail oriented.
